Provision of Renal Dialysis Unit

This design, build, finance and operation of a 40 station renal dialysis unit (1,930m²) includes the supply, installation, maintenance and renewal of dialysis equipment, the supply of renal dialysis consumables and the maintenance of the building and its services.  It was one of the first PFI privately procured health projects in the UK and provides building services maintenance, building fabric maintenance and grounds maintenance.
