Term Contract for Maintenance and Minor New Works in Northern Ireland

Graham FM successfully manages and operates one of the largest maintenance and repair contracts ever let in Northern Ireland for the Ministry of Defence (Defence Estates) The contact includes the provision of building services maintenance (planned, reactive and statutory) building fabric maintenance (planned reactive and statutory), management of minor works and projects, grounds maintenance, housing maintenance, industrial cleaning, provision of a wide range of environmental services and on site helpdesk services.

As a framework contract many additional services have been added and delivered by Graham FM such as structured cabling, design and build services, management of insurance inspections and from April 2008 we will solely deliver response Helpdesk services direct to the Ministry of Defence.
