The scheme will comprise of almost 300 residential units, 9000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial, riverside walkways and associated environmental landscape improvements.
A pedestrian & cycle route will be created to allow residents to walk or cycle to Market Square. Access to Dromore Motte and Bailey will also be provided from the town centre via the river walkway.
