Graham has announced plans to relocate to a new state of the art headquarters facility at Hillsborough.

The project will be designed and constructed to achieve an “Excellent” BREEAM rating, the highest award level for Sustainable buildings. It involves details such as orientating the building to minimize heat gain from the sun to allow the use of natural ventilation. Sustainable building materials, collecting rainwater and use of appropriate landscaping will all be used to make the building sustainable and energy efficient.
