DBFO1 - M1/Westlink & M2 Scheme

This project is being undertaken by Highway Management Group which comprises Graham, Northstone (NI) Ltd and Bilfinger Berger.
The project is the first Road Scheme in Northern Ireland to be procured using the Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) form of Public Private Partnership.  As well as designing, constructing and financing the road improvements Highway Management Group is operating and maintaining some 60km of the motorway and trunk road network for a period of 30 years.
