The Graham FM management and operational team has a wide range of specialist abilities and experience which when combined together, provide a formidable resource base of management and technical skills.
In addition to the traditional FM services of catering, cleaning and maintenance, Graham FM can provides specialist advice on security, benchmarking of services, lifecycle costs and life cycle replacement, fire risk assessment, renewable energies, recycling, waste management and sustainability, all of which are critical in effectively managing business costs and environmental impact.
FABRIC MAINTENANCE
Graham FM provides a wide range of building fabric maintenance services to ensure that your business remains wind and water tight, safe and secure. We offer basic handyman services right through to specialist roofing and cladding repairs so that your property always remains in a pristine and more importantly in an operational condition.
ENGINEERING SERVICES MAINTENANCE
Graham FM employs a wide range of highly skilled personnel who provide planned and reactive (24/7) maintenance services to support the mechanical and electrical elements of facilities management maintenance. We hold a number of industry accreditations including CORGI and OFTEC and use directly employed labour to deliver these works. Our industry accreditations give comfort to our clients in the knowledge that we use suitably qualified and skilled staff to undertake specialist work on their sites.
LANDSCAPE & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Over the last 10 years Graham FM has developed a wide range of grounds maintenance and landscaping services. We manage a portfolio of sports pitches throughout our commissions which include grass rugby and soccer pitches, shale and sand filled hockey pitches and rubber crumb pitches.
In addition to the more specialist services detailed above, other service grounds maintenance services provided include, weed control, hedge trimming and shrub management, flower bed reinstatement and maintenance, fence repairs, car park sweeping and road and line marking services.
CLEANING & JANITORIAL SERVICES
Graham FM is committed to providing cleaning services to the highest standard across all of our commissions. This is an easy statement to make, but in the case of Graham FM this is reinforced by our membership of the British Institute of Cleaning Science. Our directly employed staff are trained to BICS standards, each staff member specialising in particular cleaning tasks which are appropriate for each commission in which they are employed. In January 2008 we were awarded prestigious BICS accreditation as a recognised assessment and training centre. We are one of only two accredited centres in Northern Ireland and the only facility management company in Northern Ireland to hold this accreditation.
SECURITY SERVICES
Graham FM are registered with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland to provide professional, manned security services and we currently provide bespoke security services to a number of clients. We also manage and operate a number of CCTV control rooms and maintain the CCTV infrastructure and recording systems.
CATERING SERVICES
Graham FM provides several thousand nutritious meals each day, and provide high quality daily catering operations and catering for one off special events at our education and local government commissions. We cater for all tastes, providing a wide range choice and vegetarian and ethnic options. Graham FM fully supports the use of fair trade products in our catering operation and the sourcing of locally supplied produce wherever possible.
FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES AND FACILITY SUPPORT
Front of house and facility support staff provide valuable services for Graham FM clients and are often the first point of contact for client customers.
Graham FM provides a wide range of client services which give our customers a quality experience which are critical to business success and which include but are not limited to, reception services, telephony, portering, mail room management and reprographics.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND SPECIALIST SERVICES
Over a period of time Graham FM have developed extensive in–house capabilities to deliver environmental and specialist services and are accredited to the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA) with our dedicated teams providing air and water hygiene services.
Water hygiene services include legionella risk and monitoring services and chlorination of hot and cold water systems to L8 standards.
Air hygiene services include deep cleaning and certification of kitchen grease extract systems and cleaning, sanitisation and certification of dry supply and extract ventilation systems to HVCA TR19 standards.
