Construction of new teaching accommodation including Technology, Science, Home Economics and Music departments, a new assembly hall, changing facilities and a separate dining hall and gymnasium.

External works include synthetic pitches, play areas, roads and car parking, tree planting and landscaping.

Re-modelling of the existing external play and pitch areas to included a re-sizing and upgrading of the existing hockey pitches, tennis courts and the provision of a new multi purpose games area (MUGA) surface.

Refurbishment works is to be carried out at the existing Edenderry House(Grade B1 listed building).
