The Belfast City Hall is a Grade B listed building of special architectural and historic interest.

The contract is to upgrade the existing roof covering including slating, lead and roof dormers. New heating, mechanical and electrical installations throughout, fire compartmentation within roof area once all asbestos is removed, redecoration generally including plaster nodes and decorative gilding.

External courtyard to be scrubbed up and new water feature including car parking to be reinstated.
