The job entailed the strip out and refit of first, second, third and fourth floors into staff areas, storage and new retail space including minor works to ground floor area.  M&E installations, suspended ceilings, partitions/dry lining, floor coverings, structural steel fire escape stairs & internal staircases, slate roofing repairs and decoration works.
