Design and construction of a seven classroom primary school (1,158m2) including hard and soft play areas, car parking, demolition of old school and siteworks.The school contains a number of sustainable construction innovations with the inclusion of rainwater harvesting for toilet flushing and a bio mass boiler which uses locally sourced wood pellets.
