John Graham (Dromore) Limited is the construction subsidiary of the Group. With a turnover of £175m and employing over 600 people the company operates in the UK and Ireland. Using the trading style of GRAHAM Construction the company has two primary business units - Building and Civil Engineering.

Graham Investment Projects Limited

Graham Investment Projects Limited is the subsidiary company through which all Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects are undertaken. To date the company has invested in 10 PPP projects, in the education, healthcare and highways sectors. The company operates in Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Graham Asset Management Limited operating in two business units - Facilities Management and Highway Management Maintenance - Graham Asset Management provides services across a wide range of sectors. Providing tailor-made, proactive management services to improve the day to day running of property assets and public infrastructure, the company has a turnover of £27m and employs over 400 people.
