Project Overview

Scape Regional Construction framework

The implementation of measurable social value initiatives is at the heart of our participation on the Scape Regional Construction framework. Dedicated to Lot 3 - South West Midlands, we deliver construction projects up to a value of £750k for public sector partners throughout the region, which reaches across Warwickshire, spanning Nuneaton, Rugby and Leamington Spa.

Crown Commercial Service - Buildings Framework

The Crown Commercial Service is one of the biggest public procurement organisations in Europe and an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office. The Buildings Framework is designed to facilitate a ‘Cradle to Grave’ capability to customers for their property and FM requirements. Its objectives are to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and promote better buying behaviours. We have been appointed to all three Lots (Lot 1a: £0-7m; Lot 1b: - £7m-50m; Lot 1c - £50+). We were also recently awarded a place on phase two of the CCS Workplace Services Framework (FM Marketplace).

Fusion21 Construction Works and Improvements Framework

Commencing in April 2019, the Construction Works and Improvements Framework provides a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 members to save money and generate social value outcomes. The works and services comprise all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works, and may include design. We have been awarded all Lots within Band 1 for projects up to £2m, including Lot 1B – Education (internal/external refurbishment), Lot 1D – Wider Public Sector (internal/external refurbishment), Lot 2B – Education (internal/external refurbishment with Build Lot 6) and Lot 2D – Wider Public Sector (internal/external refurbishment with Build Lot 6).

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council Partnering Arrangement

We deliver building repairs, cyclical maintenance services, construction services, water hygiene services and asbestos work as part of this Partnering Arrangement with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). This partnership involves providing services for a number of other local authorities including Sandwell Council, Walsall Council and Tamworth Borough Council, as well as Academy School and Multi-Academy Trusts.
