GRAHAM Construction shortlisted for IIP Employer of the Year
Company nominated for Investors in People Award in the category 'Platinum Employer of the Year'
Investors in People (IIP) has shortlisted GRAHAM Construction for its 2017 awards in the category of Platinum Employer of the Year (250 - 4,999 people).
The awards recognise the people and teams that make a difference every day, highlighting excellence and best practice from companies across the Investors in People global community.
GRAHAM Construction – part of the GRAHAM Group – is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading construction, asset management and project investment businesses. It has recently achieved the Platinum accreditation, joining the top seven per cent of accredited organisations across the UK. The company also holds 16th position in the Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250, and was recently named as Major Contractor of the Year at the annual Building Awards.
The IIP Employer of the Year nomination recognised the GRAHAM’s forward-thinking and innovative approach to looking after its large workforce. Recent initiatives include:
- Implementing and embedding a leading-edge employee development programme (CONNECT) that will benefit its entire workforce across the UK.
- Taking a holistic approach towards staff wellbeing based on leading research, which focuses on personalisation as a key engagement and performance driver.

The awards will take place on 23rd November at Old Billingsgate, London.
