GRAHAM delivers first class win at Irish University
GRAHAM Facilities Management to deliver Hard FM services to Dublin City University.
GRAHAM Facilities Management (GRAHAM FM) has won a major five-year contract to deliver Hard FM services to Dublin City University (DCU), further strengthening its position within the Republic of Ireland’s Facilities Management market.
The contract will see GRAHAM FM create 15 new jobs in the area to deliver a range of services, including mechanical, electrical, building fabric maintenance, projects and helpdesk services. GRAHAM FM will manage services to all of the University’s campuses, including student accommodation.
The University’s estate consists of over 70 buildings with a total area of 278,709m2, spread over five campuses located in the North West of Dublin. The buildings are all in close proximity while a further two remote sites are located at Ryan Academy in Dublin and at Ballymun (DCU in the Community).
GRAHAM FM has a wealth of experience in the higher education market and will be applying best practice techniques in its approach.
Gareth Smyth, Operations Director, commented: “We look forward to working with Dublin City University who are a welcome addition to our growing client portfolio. Working with a number of similar organisations, we are able to successfully offer a range of best practice operations and lessons learned to ensure that DCU will benefit from a Hard FM contract that adds value to its staff, students and users.”
