GRAHAM’s Regional Director - England North (Building) has described the company’s achievement of ISO 44001 for ‘Collaborative Business Relationships’ as validation of “our unique way of working”.

Gary Hughes, who has enjoyed a 30-year construction career, which includes a 12-year association with the North West Construction Hub and the initial Manchester City Council Frameworks, was commenting following GRAHAM’s recent award of ISO 44001 – a new generation of international standard, providing a common platform to underpin sustainable business relationships and harness the benefits of collaborative working.

As Gary explains, true collaborative behaviour, supported by robust adherence to open-book principles, is pivotal to the achievement of shared objectives and often leads towards a path of repeat business.
