In a highly competitive field of 24 Shortlisted Finalists, the Leengate project for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust won the Highly Commended Award in the UK Best Healthcare Development (<£10m) category.

This NHS ProCure22 project involved the refurbishment of the existing Leengate building and a new 2 storey extension to house a physiotherapy and clinical treatment facility with gym and office space.
