We have been selected as a Scape Group delivery partner for the new Regional Construction Framework, Midlands – South West, and has been awarded Lot 3 of the Framework, covering projects up to £750k.

Brendan Devlin, Managing Director at GRAHAM Facilities Management, commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the Regional Construction Framework and are very much looking forward to working in partnership with Scape and the numerous local stakeholders.

This appointment reflects our continued success and growth within the Midlands area. We are committed to delivering for our partners and continuing to offer benefits for the local community.

The Framework provides the opportunity to invest through a dedicated social investment fund, create employment and develop supply chain opportunities.”

The Framework enables us to deliver a lasting legacy within a region with ambitious social value commitments. We will harness its expertise to focus on local employment, training, SME development and investment in social enterprises. We will also fund local projects and initiatives that will bring real and lasting benefits to the residents of Warwickshire.

We are looking forward to working in partnership with Scape and local stakeholders to make this the Framework of choice for public sector clients within the Warwickshire area.

Victoria Brambini, Managing Director of Scape Procure, commented: “We are tremendously proud of the success of the EMPA Framework, which has offered an excellent profile of contractors to the public sector in the region and has consistently created new opportunities for local SMEs within their supply chain. The Regional Construction Framework builds upon the EMPA Framework, aiming to generate greater value for money and project success for the public sector across the region.

“By extending the Regional Construction Framework’s reach into the East of England, we will be able to provide public sector organisations with access to a Framework that not only delivers high quality and cost effective services from contractors that have demonstrated the right balance of cost and quality, but crucially also has specific social value objectives.

“We are looking forward to working with our clients and partners, both existing and new, to deliver even greater value for local communities in the period ahead.”
