National contractor GRAHAM has been awarded a place on Pagabo's Refit and Refurbishment framework for the second time. The framework, which will run for four years from May 2023, allows public sector clients to procure refurbishment works valued at £50,000 and above.

This is the second generation of the framework agreement that comprises a value-based lot structure, with up to nine contractors allocated to regional sub-lots, including six core and three reserve suppliers. GRAHAM has successfully secured a place as a core contractor on three lots, which include Lot 3 (£1m - £5m), Lot 4 (£5m - £15m), and Lot 5 (£15m+) for work in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The framework covers both Building and Interior Fit-Out divisions, which are key areas of expertise for GRAHAM. The company has an extensive background of delivering building and fit-out projects across the UK, with a recent example including the completion of a multimillion-pound modernisation project for telecoms giant BT, which involved the refurbishment of 13 floors in an upgrade that created 160,000 sq ft of modern, future-ready new office space.

Sue Blanche, Development Director for GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out, said:

"It’s a privilege to be awarded a place on the second iteration of Pagabo’s Refit and Refurbishment framework, which has proven to be a highly successful procurement solution for the public sector to deliver much-needed construction work up and down the country. We’re proud to be working with Pagabo again, who share our commitment to delivering social value through the work we do."
