The CN Awards, now in its 28th consecutive year, showcase and celebrate the very best in the construction industry and have nominated GRAHAM in two categories: ‘Company Innovation of the Year’ and ‘Project of the Year (£20m-£50m)’ for Pall Mall Press and Audley Wycliffe Park.

Company Innovation of the Year

Innovation requires creativity, opportunity, courage and execution. GRAHAM has delivered on these by harnessing leadership support with the enthusiasm of those working on our projects. Inspired by the successful NASA Tiger Team who brought Apollo 13 back to earth, GRAHAM brings teams of specialists together to work collaboratively on specific challenges. GRAHAM evidence benefits and improvements, ensuring shared continuous learning within GRAHAM and the wider industry.

Emer Murnaghan, Innovation Director at GRAHAM, said:

“This innovative approach produces better outcomes, drives productivity, enhances value, creates new opportunities and delivers better infrastructure for our clients - leaving a lasting impact for the society which we serve.”

Project of the Year (£20m-£50m) - Pall Mall Press

Pall Mall Press is Liverpool’s largest completed residential development since 2021.

Spanning 282,617 ft², it is a striking 22-storey BTR residential tower delivering 336 modern and sustainable apartments, retail space and a private garden terrace.

It signifies a transformative addition to Liverpool's skyline, delivering much-needed BTR housing, that has been designed to seamlessly integrate into the urban environment.

Peter Reavey, Regional Director at GRAHAM, said:

“This project showcases GRAHAM collaboratively working with our client, project teams and supply chain partners to deliver construction excellence. Pall Mall Press is another significant addition to our BTR portfolio in the Merseyside region.”

Project of the Year (£20m-£50m) - Audley Wycliffe Park

Audley Wycliffe Park gives residents an independent lifestyle in a high-quality, secure, living and leisure environment.

It encompasses 156 accessible later-living apartments, across 5 blocks within a 25-acre site, complemented by extensive landscaping in a countryside setting. The development’s central clubhouse, at the heart of the new community, puts residents’ wellbeing at the top of the agenda.

Wycliffe Park is one of three Audley villages GRAHAM has constructed, demonstrating a strong relationship built on trust, confidence and results.

Pat O’Hare, Regional Director at GRAHAM, said:

“Wycliffe Park benefits the older generation by providing them with suitable, comfortable homes in integrated retirement communities with communal facilities and onsite services. GRAHAM is playing a key role in delivering these projects, that will in turn ease pressure on the care sector and free up suitable housing stock for younger families.”
