GRAHAM’s “Get Talking Week” during UK National Learning Week combined to create a series of inspirational, engaging and thought-provoking content for our employees.

At the heart of the activities was helping our GRAHAM colleagues understand, learn and address Mental Health at work and at home.

The week kicked off with a “Minding your Head” podcast in partnership with BUPA, followed by lunch & learns, quizzes, industry expert webinars and round table talks.

GRAHAM Wellbeing Manager, Davy Daly said

“In GRAHAM we have a raft of wellbeing resources to help employees, their families and our supply chain partners, should they require assistance. Don’t ever give in to Stigma. Stigma does not determine who you are, or what you can achieve”.

GRAHAM introduced Mental Health First Aiders in 2018 and since then 120 members of GRAHAM have been trained. At GRAHAM we know it’s important to not only train our colleagues, but our supply chain also as this is an industry-wide issue and something that should be collaboratively addressed as such.
