Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Frank Lee, the CEO of the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW), to GRAHAM Head Office.

The visit was arranged by Denis Leonard, Head of Integrated Management Systems at GRAHAM and CQI Fellow, and included meetings with Andrew Bill, GRAHAM Group CEO, John McDonald, MD for GRAHAM Investment Projects and Gary Holmes, Regional MD for GRAHAM Building North, in recognition of GRAHAM's dedication to collaborative working and to building stronger links with the ICW.

GRAHAM is certified to ISO44001, is an Ambassador Member of ICW and has won two ICW Collaboration Awards.

The visit included a tour of our state of the art, purpose built student accommodation development on Nelson Street Belfast. On behalf of Greystar and Lacuna Developments, GRAHAM is well underway with the construction of the £48 million project, which upon completion will deliver 774 bedrooms and recreational facilities set across 245,000 sq. ft. As one of the largest student accommodation complexes in Belfast, the development will also feature a shared sports and games hall, as well as a wellness room, physiotherapy suite, social areas, a café and a gym.

The group ascended to the 12th floor to enjoy views across Belfast, which in time will include the exciting new development in Belfast's Titanic Quarter, The Loft Lines, one of Europe's largest urban waterfront regeneration projects which GRAHAM is delivering as main contractor.

Members of GRAHAM - including Gary Holmes, MD of Building North; John McDonald, MD of GRAHAM Investment Projects; and Denis Leonard, Head of IMS - joined Frank Lee, CEO of ICW on the 12th floor of the Nelson Street Student Accommodation Project
