GRAHAM has achieved ISO:55001 certification for Asset Management.
The global benchmark recognises good practice in the maintenance of assets within the framework of an asset management system.
The implementation of the standard will support the delivery of GRAHAM’s facilities management operations, allowing FM teams to manage the lifecycle of client assets more effectively.
ISO:55001 can be applied to all assets and by all types and sizes of organisations.
For GRAHAM, its application will facilitate greater control over daily and long-term asset performance, thereby improving the end user experience of its clients while optimising whole life costs.
Commenting on the achievement, Brendan Devlin, GRAHAM Managing Director – FM, said:
“Congratulations to everyone involved in achieving ISO:55001 certification. A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to reach this standard. It demonstrates how our operational teams have been working collaboratively with our clients to provide ‘live’ operational data, improve the understanding of the condition of assets, and make more informed strategic and risk based lifecycle and maintenance investment decisions.”
