We’re thrilled to reveal our new charity partners that will be at the heart of our fundraising and volunteering initiatives for the coming year.
Voted for by our employees, together we’ll make a difference in support of their incredible work.
Let’s meet the charities:
Southern Area Hospice, NI
The Hospice’s specialist palliative care extends beyond the Hospice into the community and hospital services. They rely heavily on the generosity of local people and the support of volunteers to help staff deliver the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and social needs required to enable each person to live every day to the full.
“Without support from organisations like GRAHAM we simply would not be able to provide our services.”
Marie Curie
Marie Curie provides expert end of life care for people with a terminal illness and support for their family and friends, in hospices and their own homes.
“Having the support of GRAHAM means Marie Curie can continue to ensure that everyone has access to the end of life care and support they need. Currently 1 in 4 people do not get that, so this partnership is vital to help us reach more people.”
Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity
GCHC relies on donations to fund life changing equipment, support services and research at Scotland's largest children's hospital as well as hospitals across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
“We are delighted to be working with GRAHAM to help children and families when they need us most. We look forward to working together to ensure our patients and families receive the best care and experience possible.”
Make-a-Wish
Make-a-Wish’s vision is a world where every critically ill child can experience the life-changing impact of a wish.
“In every region across the UK, there are critically ill children waiting for their magical wishes to be granted. We are extremely grateful to GRAHAM and their support. Together, we can make a difference and work towards granting as many life changing wishes as possible.”
Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support exists to help patients with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial, and emotional support.
“Unprecedented numbers of people are turning to us for support because the systems are letting them down, so the support of GRAHAM is needed now more than ever. Together, we can make a real difference to people who are living with cancer.”
