Frasers Group PLC has appointed GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out as lead contractor to fit out Dundee’s new FRASERS concept store, inclusive of Sports Direct, USC, Evans Cycles and GAME.

Located in the city’s Overgate Shopping Centre, situated in the former Debenham’s store, FRASERS Dundee will span three floors covering 65,000 sq ft.

We are now underway with works which are anticipated to complete in spring 2025.

Store Features

Once unveiled, the new FRASERS store, featuring beauty concessions, will be based on the ground floor and Sports Direct - incorporating USC, Evans Cycles and GAME - will spread over the first and second floors.

Impact on Dundee Retail Landscape

The project will complement wider investment being made across Overgate Shopping Centre, which was acquired by Frasers Group in March 2023. This includes the next-generation FRASERS store, which will bring customers a collection of aspirational sports, premium, and lifestyle brands across fashion, homeware and beauty.

The contract win underpins our track record within the competitive retail sector and follows the completion of a new Sports Direct store in Boucher Retail Park, Belfast. The 35,000 sq ft store was transformed over a 26-week period and saw the creation of a modern sports retail destination in a vibrant shopping area.

In a further appointment by Frasers Group, we will also fit out the new Sports Direct store in the Trafford Palazzo shopping centre in Manchester.
