The GRAHAM Building North team were delighted to host Paul Givan, Minister for Education of NI and a variety of guests and local dignitaries associated with the development of the new High School Campus at Downpatrick.

The group, which included local press agencies, was given a presentation on the detail of the development with the opportunity to ask questions, which was then followed by a site tour and lunch.

Guests were also treated to a preview of the 3D finished school design as well as the first viewing of the drone video, showing the real-time progress being made on site.

Enthusiasm for the development was clear and we look forward to handing over this “best in class” £33m state-of-the-art facility in Spring 2025 to provide modern classrooms and learning spaces, a sports hall, PE facilities and sports pitches; catering for up to 950 pupils.

Guests included:

Very Rev Henry Hull (Vice Chair Gov),

Maud Perry (School Principal)

Paul Givan (Minister for Education of NI)

Avril Heenan (Chair of Gov)

Dawn Crosby (Gov)

Andrew Miller (Senior Teacher)
