GRAHAM has officially topped out at Pall Mall Press, a new 22-storey tower in Liverpool that will house 336 apartments for the build to rent (BTR) sector.

Ridgeback Group is leading the development, which has been designed by Falconer Chester Hall and will be operated by I LIVE AROUND (ila). Comprising 282,617 sq ft, it will provide a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with amenity spaces and a garden terrace for residents and two commercial retail units on the ground floor.

Designed to complement the existing urban structure, the tower will stand tall in Liverpool’s skyline with a concrete frame and brick façade featuring punch windows. A number of sustainable elements have been factored into the development of the scheme, with green roofs to recycle rainwater, solar panels, and internally, light-filled areas that minimise the need for electric lighting.

Peter Reavey, Regional Director at GRAHAM said:

“We are progressing well with our Pall Mall Press Project, a prestigious new development for the BTR sector that will provide modern apartments in a thriving location. Now we have topped out at the highest level of the tower, we can truly start to see the transformational impact this new development will have on Liverpool’s skyline.”

Seamus Keane, Development Director at Ridgeback said:

“We are delighted with the progress Graham and the wider team have achieved in reaching this milestone. It is a testament to all the hard work by the project team and moves us closer to delivering 336 new homes for our residents, as part of the vibrant community of Liverpool.”
