About the Frameworks

Cardiff County Council Frameworks

Cardiff Council, formally the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Welsh: Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) is the governing body for Cardiff, one of the principal areas of Wales. We were awarded two frameworks by Cardiff County Council, South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP) and Non Domestic Building Maintenance Framework.

South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP)

– Lot 1: Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Caerphilly or other Potential Employers based or operating near those areas
– Lot 2: Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend or other Potential Employers based or operating near those areas
– Lot 3: Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Newport or other Potential Employers based or operating near those areas
– South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP)

Non Domestic Building Maintenance Framework (note this is for call-off element only – other lots delivered by GRAHAM)

– Lot A4: Maintenance Work of Value £60k to £300k
