GRAHAM Construction, covering Building, Interior Fit Out & Civil Engineering and GRAHAM Asset Management, are appointed to several Frameworks Solutions in their portfolio.
Construction Works and Services Framework (CWAS1 and CWAS2)
This 7-year Framework, which is live until October 2026, uses a flexible structure to provide a solution for clients across a number of lots arranged by value and region as well as specialist lots.
Facilities Management and Workplace Services
- Lot 2 (£3m-£10m) – England South and Scotland
- Lot 3 (£10m-£30m) – England North, England South, Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Lot 4 (£30m-£80m) – England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Lot 5 (80m+) – National
- Lot 6 – Residential Work – Scotland
- Lot 7 – High Rise Accommodation Works – Scotland
- Lot 8 – Maritime Works – National
Facilities Management and Workplace Services
Led by our GRAHAM Asset Management Team, this Solution delivers a range of Facility Management services and expires in July 2026.
GRAHAM is appointed to the below lots:
- Lot 1a – Total FM with a Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5m
- Lot 1b – Total FM with a per annum contract value of over £1.5m to £10m
- Lot 2a – Hard FM with a Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5m
- Lot 2b – Hard FM with a per annum contract value of over £1.5m to £10m
