About the Framework
DfE Construction Framework 2021
The construction framework supports the school building programme and is available to third party users schools, local authorities, and other government departments to utilise. The framework is split into 3 value bands, and each value band into regions, GRAHAM construction were appointed on lot 4 Medium Value Band East Midlands, for projects valued at £6m – £12m. Also, Lot2 High Value Band South for projects valued at £12m+. CF21 is GRAHAMs first appointment on a DfE Framework and as new incumbent and have been appointed PCSA on four projects including 3 on the High Value Band and one on the Medium Value Band which will start on site in 2025.
