Operating under a ‘Partnering Arrangement’, we have implemented a 30% reduction in costs in the delivery of an extensive range of practical and trusted maintenance services to a vast, geographically dispersed estate.

Our expert team has improved response times by 80% in the completion of all planned, capital and reactive works to over 2,000 buildings. The contract sees us deliver building repairs, cyclical maintenance services, construction services, water hygiene services and asbestos work for a minimum of seven years and potentially up to 10 years.

This partnership incorporates a number of local authorities including Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, North Birmingham City Council, Sandwell Council, Walsall Council and Tamworth Borough Council.
