CPC clients are geographically dispersed across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and divided across 13 Regional Lots. The framework acts as a route to market for these clients for works ranging in value from small (£20k – £50k) projects up to £500k and above, and may include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systems
• Response Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systems

Other services, such as maintenance of specialist systems, the provision of statutory certification and risk assessments etc., can be procured by members when conducting a further competition through the framework.

We have been awarded Fire Alarm and Doors upgrade project works for the University of Leeds through this framework.
