This specialist framework supports over a third of NHS Trusts, 100% of the NHS commissioning organisations and NHS provider organisations, as well as general practitioners (GPs) and clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) across England to procure reactive, planned and minor works Hard FM services.

We participate on the following Lots:

• Lot 32 Building Fabric Maintenance
• Lot 39 MTC Mechanical
• Lot 40 MTC Electrical
• Lot 41 MTC Building

Legionella / Water Treatment services

This specialist framework supports over a third of NHS Trusts, 100% of the NHS commissioning organisations and NHS provider organisations, as well as general practitioners (GPs), clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and bluelight organisations across England to procure reactive, planned and minor works Legionella services.

Some of the Legionella / Water Treatment services include:

• Domestic Cold Water Services – Storage and Distribution

• Domestic Hot Water Services – Generation Storage and distribution Faucets, Showers, Bib taps, etc.
• Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV) / Thermostatic Mixing Taps (TMT)
• Drinking Fountains and Vending Machines
• Humidified Food Cabinets
• Ornamental Fountains/Ornamental Water Displays and Irrigation Systems
