Within the parameters of a Joint Venture model named the GRAHAM-BAM Healthcare Partnership, we are delivering a capital development programme at the Ulster Hospital.
The Partnership has completed the construction of the 30,000m2, state-of-the-art Inpatient Ward Block (£85m), which was honoured as the Overall Winner at the Construction Excellence Awards in 2017; as well as completing the hospital's new 31,000m2 Acute Services Block adjacent to the Inpatient Ward Block.
