About the framework
Hub South West Scotland Programme
We are a shareholder within hub South West Scotland, a Public Private Partnership that is delivering over £500m of public sector infrastructure projects within Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway.
Committed to building ‘better local services’, our schemes have exceeded £150m in value and have facilitated the completion of ‘higher quality, sustainable, best value, integrated facilities and services’.
Our notable portfolio includes the ‘Community Engagement Project of the Year (Construction News), and the ‘Best Social Infrastructure Project (International Partnership Awards 2018)’, the £26.5m Dalbeattie Learning Campus, and primary healthcare facilities such as the Hunter Community Health Centre in East Kilbride (£18.7m) and the Wishaw based Houldsworth Medical Centre (£19m).
