About the frameworks
NHS SBS Framework
NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is a joint venture company between NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA), the French IT services company Sopra Steria. We have been appinted to three framework agreements with the NHS Shared Business Services, Decarbonisation of Estates, Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) and Public Sector Construction Works.
Decarbonisation of Estates Framework
GRAHAM are appointed to the National Framework Agreement for Decarbonisation of Estates and related Works, Services, and Goods to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. This will include installing and retrofitting a range of energy efficiency measures. We are appointed to Lot 1 Decarbonisation of Non-Domestic / Public Buildings.
Hard Facilities Management Framework
GRAHAM are appointed to the Hard Facilities Management 2 (Hard FM) NHS SBS Solution. This Framework covers hard facilities management products and services from a wide range of estates and maintenance specialisms to deliver either a single service, bundled service or provide a fully managed service. We are appointed to the below lots:

- LOT 2.2 B) MTC P&D
- LOT 2.2 C) MTC Electrical
- LOT 2.2 D) MTC Mechanical

- LOT 9.1 HARD FM Managed Services
Public Sector Construction Works
This Framework provides a compliant route to market for both minor and major projects which is available to all Public Sector Organisations across the UK and is live until December 2027. GRAHAM are appointed to Lot 4 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 5 (£30m+) with a National Coverage.
