Northern Ireland Water

Northern Ireland Water provide the water and sewerage services in Northern Ireland. Supplying 560 million litres of clean water a day for almost 1.8 million people as well as treating 320 million litres of wastewater a day.

IF105 – Lot 3 Water and Sewerage Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Works

The strategic IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework has been developed by NI Water to support the delivery of its proposed water and sewerage capital investments. Work includes advice, engineering, design, refurbishment, construction and commissioning in connection with water and sewerage under a Capital Investment Programme. Civil Engineering work included temporary works design, construction, and commissioning within either wastewater / water / non-infrastructure and/or wastewater / water infrastructure; engineering design (including Value Engineering) management; supply chain and construction management; and commissioning and maintenance management.

IF106 – Major Project Partnership Framework (MPPF) – Lot 2 Civil Engineering

The framework, announced by NI Water in June 2022, will deliver large, capital works projects (over £10m in value) on water and wastewater infrastructure in Northern Ireland. The framework provides further resilience for Northern Ireland Water to provide customers with the best financial, sustainable and environmental outcomes, and includes upgrades to major water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and network mains.

IF108 – Water Rehabilitation Integrated Partnership Framework

NI Water procured an Integrated Partnership framework for its capital works programme to deliver capital works for PC21 and PC27 split across three lots with capacity to deliver Major and Minor Watermains and Rehabilitation projects, and Service Reservoir Rehabilitation.
