Notting Hill Genesis

GRAHAM were appointed in June 2022 to the Notting Hill Genesis Framework which will run for an initial four-year period with two one-year extension options. The Framework is open for use by any contracting authority that is a provider of social housing operating in the Great London Area. Both mini competition and direct award procurement can be used on this Framework.

Notting Hill Genesis along with the Appointed Suppliers, will deliver a rage of mixes-use schemes made up of affordable and private homes for rent or sale, as well as commercial properties with a focus on creating thriving communities. Their 5-year plan is to deliver 7000 new homes in the Greater London area. The development swill range from 50-unit urban infill sites to estate regeneration projects creating thousands of new homes.
