PAGABO Major Works Framework

GRAHAM are a Framework Supplier on all three lots of the National Major Works Framework. This Framework will run until April 2026 and provides opportunities for all large-scale construction projects through Direct Award or Further Competition.

We are a core supplier on Lot 1 (£5m-£15m) covering Northern Ireland and Scotland and Lot 2 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 3 (£30m+) covering Northern Ireland, Scotland, North England, Midlands and South East England.

Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment Framework

GRAHAM Interior Fit Out and GRAHAM Construction are a Framework Supplier across numerous lots on the Refit and Refurbishment Solution providing streamlined and best value procurement on projects above £1m. This Framework will expire in May 2027.

We are suppliers on Lot 3 (£1m-£5m), Lot 4 (£5m – £15m) and Lot 5 (15m+) across multiple regions in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

PAGABO Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework

We are a Framework Supplier on the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework providing solutions for Road, Rail, Water, Nuclear, Air, Power and Renewable and Non-Renewable Energies. This Framework will run until May 2026.

We are suppliers on all four lots; Lot 1(£5k-£5m), Lot 2 (£5m-£15m), Lot 3 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 4 (£30m) across multiple regions in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and covering the vast majority of the project types.

Frameworks for Decarbonisation Solutions

Led by our GRAHAM Asset Management team, we are a Core Supplier on both the Decarbonisation Solution for the Healthcare Sector Framework as well as the Decarbonisation Solution for Public Sector Bodies Framework. Both of these solutions are in place to help organisations achieve their decarbonisation goals.

On both Frameworks, we are a core supplier on Lot 1 (up to £1m) covering Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humber, East Midlands, West Midlands, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are also on Lot 2 (£1m-£5m) covering North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humber, East Midlands, West Midlands, Wales and Northern Ireland.
