Procure Partnerships Frameworks support Public Sector bodies to deliver their projects and strategic targets through a streamlines process via Direct Award and Further Competition.

Northwest Contractor Framework

GRAHAM are appointed the Northwest Contractor Framework delivering both Construction and Infrastructure Projects. This Framework commenced in April 2022 and is live for 4 years. We are Construction Partners on the larger three value lots covering projects above £5m and Infrastructure Partners on all four lots, from £500k and above.

National Contractor Framework

GRAHAM are also appointed to the National Contractor Framework delivering projects through the rest of England. This Framework has been live since November 2023 and runs for a four year term.

We are appointed to the below Construction Lots:

• Yorkshire: £50k to £1m, £15m – £30m and £30m+
• West Midlands: £50k to £1m, £1m – £5m and £30m+
• East Midlands: £50k to £1m
• London: £15m-£30m and £30m+
• South East: £15m-£30m and £30m+

We are appointed to the below Infrastructure Lots:

• Yorkshire: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• North East: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• West Midlands: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• East Midlands: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• East of England: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• London: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+
• South East: £5m-£15m, £15m-£30m and £30m+

Decarbonisation and Retrofit Framework

GRAHAM Asset Management are a Partner on the Decarbonisation and Retrofit Framework, facilitating the procurement of a wide range of sectors and specialisms, We are appointed to the below lots:

• North East: £50k to £1m, £1m to £5m and £5m – £15m
• Yorkshire: £50k to £1m, £1m to £5m and £5m – £15m
• Northwest: £50k to £1m, £1m to £5m and £5m – £15m
• West Midlands: £50k to £1m, £1m to £5m and £5m – £15m
