About the framework
University of Manchester Framework
Building on our long-standing relationship with the University of Manchester (UoM), we were appointed to Lot 4 (£5m-£20m) of the University’s four-year Construction Works Framework in 2024.
As one of five contractors selected for this highest value Lot, we undertake various types of construction works including demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping / external works.
We will continue to work with the University, developing our portfolio work which already contains the Grade II listed Coupland 3 Building, Hulme Hall Student Residences and The Simon Building and AV Hill Building.
