GRAHAM believe that work should not adversely affect a person’s health and strive continuously to ensure that our employees and supply chain partners give the same focus and recognition to health management and ill-health prevention, as they do to safety.

This approach includes mental health as well as physical health and we support our operations and teams with a number of professional occupational health advisors and mental health first aiders.

Building Mental Health Alliance

GRAHAM is one of the original committee members of the award winning Building Mental Health Alliance (BMHA), a pioneering collaboration of stakeholders in construction with the shared mission: “By the Industry, for the Industry.”

It was formed to tackle mental health concerns in our industry, addressing a critical need for awareness, accessible support and employee training.

The Mental Health in Construction Signposting Service, easily accessible with 2 click via a QR code, offers users a straightforward route to a wide range of mental health resources, including helpline numbers and online support.

Safety

Our approach to the proactive and effective management of risk on our schemes is through competent people, diligent planning, maintained plant & equipment, and is in compliance with both our legal and moral duties. We have certified and audited processes in place to provide timely and transparent reporting, analysis, trending and learning to drive improvements in how we quantify and eliminate foreseeable hazards during delivery of our projects.
