Graham Building North’s PBSA project for Unite Students is progressing quickly with both cranes now erected at the Abbey Lane site in Edinburgh.
The £59m Burnet Point scheme is the first-ever mixed-use residential development of its kind by Unite Students and will become one of their lowest carbon new-build properties to date, offering:

- 66 Build to Rent apartments
- 17 Affordable homes
- Communal spaces
- Landscaped roof terraces
- Low carbon construction
Burnet Point is on track to complete in September 2025.
