The Build to Rent development at Bonnington Road is progressing well and GRAHAM’s latest drone footage gives a fantastic perspective on the scale of these 464 much-needed homes across three blocks.
Landscaping is starting to take shape and it’s easier to visualise the ecological woodland area and pocket park, where residents will be able to relax surrounded by nature. The rooftop terraces overlooking the Water of Leith will provide thoughtfully designed spaces for residents to socialise.
Sustainability has been a key focus of the project which includes:
- Electric vehicle charging points
- Mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) units
- Roof mounted solar panels for on-site power generation
