GRAHAM has successfully secured placement on six lots under SNG’s new-build framework.
Forming part of SNG’s 10-year development programme, the framework will support the delivery of 25,000 new homes alongside wider regeneration and sustainability improvements to existing dwellings across the South of England, including London.
The framework consists of 12 lots across different geographical regions and values.
GRAHAM has been appointed to:
- Lot 2 – £15m-£45m | London & East
- Lot 3 – £45m+ | London & East
- Lot 6 – £15m-£45m | South
- Lot 7 – £45m+ | South
- Lot 10 – £15m-£45m | West
- Lot 11 – £45m+ | West
The appointment further strengthens GRAHAM’s position as a trusted delivery partner within the UK residential sector.
