GRAHAM are delighted to announce that Millers Quay, Wirral Waters has been named Residential Development of the Year at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2025.
Procured through the Pagabo Major Works Framework, Millers Quay represents the largest development at Wirral Waters, with a £130m transformational residential scheme delivering 500 high-quality, sustainable apartments across six vibrant buildings.
The project showcases GRAHAM’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, achieved through close collaboration with key partners including Peel Waters.
