We were delighted to welcome a group of teenage girls to our Hillsborough head office for a school day with a difference.
As part of the SistersIN Job Shadowing Programme, the students who had come from various schools across Northern Ireland, heard from our CFO, Courtney McCormick, and Chairman, Michael Graham, as well as several female leaders with ESG, HSE, IT, engineering, design, finance, legal, marketing and operational roles.
Their interest and ambition was inspiring and it was great to see them exploring what future career paths might look like.
We look forward to seeing them all again at the SistersIN Celebration Day which closes out this year’s cohort in March.
