GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out is proud to announce its win at the Procure Partnerships National Project Excellence Awards, taking home the prestigious ‘Project of the Year, North’ title for the delivery of the Leeds Trinity University Trevelyan Square project.
The awards ceremony, held at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, brought together leading contractors and clients from across the UK to celebrate outstanding achievements in public sector project delivery.
Our collaboration with Leeds Trinity University reflects our commitment to delivering transformative educational environments with precision and innovation. Appointed to refurbish the University’s new City Campus at Trevelyan Square, Leeds, we successfully completed a comprehensive fit-out of the multi-storey facility, creating a modern, career-focused learning hub in the heart of the city. This £8 million project, delivered under a JCT Design & Build contract, was completed within a tight nine-month programme and showcases our ability to manage complex logistics, long lead-in procurement, and high-specification finishes in a live urban setting.
