Project Detail
The development replaces a vacant 1970s office block which was demolished in 2023 and delivers a contemporary design with brick facade and glazed frontage, complementing the existing streetscape. This project reflects GRAHAM’s ability to deliver complex and demanding projects that align with the needs of our clients and the communities they serve. Its successful delivery is the result of close collaboration with the wider project team throughout the process. GRAHAM progressed construction works at pace, completing the concrete cores within eight weeks and delivering the development to iQ ahead of schedule.
