Project summary

KPMG, one of the “Big Four” auditors, selected us to undertake a complete fit-out of its Northern Ireland Headquarters within the Soloist Building at Belfast’s Lanyon Place. In a clear statement of its “intentions for growth” in the region, the renowned professional services firm required 35,000 square feet of new office space to accommodate its 200+ workforce.

Over a 17-week programme, we delivered a stunning Category B fit-out across the first and second floors of one of Belfast’s most distinctive office developments.

The detail

Originally located in Belfast’s College Square, KPMG required increased floor space for its expanding workforce following the creation of 500 jobs in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The Soloist Building, which received an earlier complete Grade A fit-out of over 62,000 square feet by our experts in June 2016, was the preferred destination.

In May 2017 we began the Category B fit-out throughout the first and second floors before handing over on time, and on budget, in September 2017.

Featuring high-specification finishes, which promote high-tech capabilities, and modern breakout areas to energise staff, the office space also enjoys floor to ceiling solar control glass, designed to provide attractive views of Belfast.
