Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, we are getting ready to host our supply chain awards again this year, and we’d like you to be part of it. Categories & Entry Criteria
Outstanding Quality Management
Applications should demonstrate:
- Evidence of a structured quality management system (QMS) and how it is actively
implemented. - Clear processes for inspection, testing, sign-off, and defect prevention.
- Examples of continuous improvement initiatives or lessons learned.
- Data or metrics that show consistent achievement of defect-free work.
- Case studies showing how quality practices improved programme certainty, build
efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
Excellence in SHE Performance
Applications should demonstrate:
- A strong, proactive safety-first culture embedded across their workforce.
- Use of innovative SHE practices, technology, or behavioural programmes.
- Evidence of positive performance data (incident reduction, near-miss reporting, audit outcomes).
- Examples of effective workforce engagement, toolbox talks, or leadership involvement.
- Demonstrable collaboration with GRAHAM to exceed SHE expectations on live projects.
Contribution to Responsible Social Value
Applications should demonstrate:
- Delivery of measurable social value outcomes (employment, apprenticeships, volunteering).
- Engagement with local communities, schools, charities, or training organisations.
- Commitment to local supply chains and upskilling initiatives.
- Evidence of exceeding project-specific social value targets.
- Demonstrable long-term, sustainable benefits to local communities.

Applications should demonstrate:
- A reliable, consistent, and prompt customer care service post-handover.
- Clear systems for defect management, logging, tracking, and communication.
- Evidence of learning from issues and implementing improvements.
- Case studies demonstrating exceptional support or customer service.
- Alignment with GRAHAM’s customer care processes and standards.
Commercial Excellence
